I know you told him what it is already, but let me just make it a bit more clear.

Originally it was called Moderators, but you need to hack games in order to become a Moderator. Xnite (Owner) decided to change it to Forum Helpers. Now people who don't hack, but still are active, know the rules, have been around, and are a help to the forum can be promoted to Forum Helpers.

In other words Forum Helpers is Moderators, but you don't need to hack games to become them.
P.S. they still have Moderator abilities, like locking, moving, and so on.

And Yes like maple said, read the rules don't double post.
