Multiple breakings of the rules.

I usually give Verbal on 2 breakings, and 3 a Warning.

Well, infraction IS a warning. It is just caused by multiple rule-breakage.

The main argument in warnings is how much we should let people off before issuing them one. I say 3 times for a warning.

so 2verbals 3rd one is warning? nah do it 1 verbal then the 2nd is warning they should of learnt their lesson about spamming bumping etc.

If it is their first time, of course not! But if they break 2 rules at once that counts as a Verbal.
