Firefox Update

Woah just a few minutes ago i was just browsing another forum and a box popped up. It was just a normal windows dialog box and it said "Warning! Your browser is old. Click to update.". It had two buttons. Update, and Cancel. I just pressed the X . But i was so scared it might have been malware or something. It didn't look very professional at all. And it came up with no warning whatsoever. Please tell me if this or anything related has ever happened to you before and if so, what it is. thanks.

There are lots of pop-ups like those that are mostly malware.
So if you really need an update just visit www.filehippo.com - the best website that has even a software that checks for update for every single program you want that is installed on your PC.

But no,try to avoid those stuff

It's recommended to update every software through the official site.
But I shared this site because some people can't find all official sites for all their programs.
