To XxDarknessAngelxX - As farther a user can become is gmod. Believe it or not. The owner Xnite is putting admins as people he really trust and that are really committed. There is no rule about this,it's pretty much his opinion.
So to all,limit your expectations to gmod.
Oh also,the rule for staff is 15+ age.
