It has but the tutorial was crap. This one's pretty good I like it. But one tip.
When you switch to the Generator tab tick request only.
I'll write some more info on this when I get home

Yeah so as I was saying,after you copy the URL just go to this little website:
http://emptv.com/link-creator
go back to the start of the URL and delete that #requestGET thing,click Link and then Right click -> Save link As...
That'd be all.
