well the top one is cool but might break eaisier cause of the lights might over heat and cause something inside to fry wihle th bottem one is simple and cool so i vote the bottem one

thats the one im most likely getting, cause i just dont feel like spending 60 bucks on the top case, the bottom 1 is way more simple but still looks cool and will only cost me $27 more then half of the other one.
