it's not just for arcadeprehacks.
It's for the game.
For it to be able to load your game the next time you play it, it has to store the current level or whatever on your computer so you can come back to it later.
It has to ask for permission. You can set the amount that it will store. if you don't think you'll play it again, deny it. Or you can set it to unlimited so it can always save your game.
just click allow, it wont bite.

Yeah, just click allowed. That would allow it to save up to 10MB of cookies, so it would never say it again.
