GIMP you need to convert it into a .png or whatever so use paint. Easier to upload.

You don't need GIMP to convert into .png, paint can do that.

any graphic program can. If one of them can't, what could I say? It even suck more than Microsoft Paint >.<

I use paint. I just post it there. Save it. Upload it. Then I'm done. That's me.

thats who? I thought you need to take the tutorial. By the way "paint" is different from "paint.net". You can actually decide how many pixels the picture is in "paint.net".

Then Adobe Photoshop is way more advanced than GIMP which I think is way more advanced then Paint.NET.

i don't really manage pictures i just use them for screenshots. (even though i have adobe screenshot XD)

But the EXtended version is more advanced than the regular version (Photoshop)
