About LinkBacksi still think that staff are really helpful and i like them but i think sometimes they can go too far and start getting really mad for little things or post things that make people feel like they are stupid or unwanted.

Topic creators should be given permissions for their topics like lock, delete etc. Not necessarily for the users posting there, but just the topics. Anyway that's just a suggestion. And I agree with lifetroop (who posted here a few days back) that ShadowHaunter would make a good owner of this site. Like I said in some other mean staff topic Martin always has to lock topics for no reasonable.. reason. Like "To prevent spamming, Locked" and "This is going off topic, Locked" and "I don't care what you think of me, Locked" or sometimes even "Locked" lol. Greeny was good though. Sad that he left. Justin was a bit like Martin though, locking topics and being no fun. I thought killer was ok but lifetroop hated him. BASALTWOLF was a good friend of mine. But I never really came into contact with RJT. Same with 8uurg. Xnite is nice. He lets you do stuff if you get permission first of course. Carpet helped me out every now and then.

Mods/admins shouldn't always follow the members they need to think "this is wrong i shouldn't lock it"
The test was to see if they lock it or not but SUM1 posted with a great example:
