Hey bro,I see you followed the template very well but you got one thing missed from our rules.
The score is supposed to be disabled.
Sorry,but you have to fix that,then re-upload and re-create your poll

If you have problems with disabling the score,follow these steps:
- Delete all score links
- Set the starting score to -999999 (very low negative value)

I got it to where when you click the submit button it says Name and your score is 0000000000
