Comment got cut off but you get the point. You can cheat with mutliplayer.
For those who can't get it to load, just keep hitting F5. On Firefox it load 8/10 times on a bad computer.

Easy mode allow you to do more damage (even though it don't say so) even if the other guy out tier you.
Normal is normal while hard allow them to do more damage.
The last setting is the same as above but give the other guy more resources and starting cash.
Also a bug, the settings effect the multiplayer mode. For example if you put it on easy then quit to fight your bro then you will do more damage. The proof of this can be seen with the last mode as have visible differe
