You can find the lost sniper in the shed of the dudes backyard
To beat Kiro, you have to wait a little till Kiro is right under Shorty. Shot the rope when Kiro is under Shorty. The chair will fall on Kiro and he'll die. Shorty lives and ahe'll be fine. GAME COMPLETE!
