i found a solution to elevator problem
with reception and others

how to figure out reception problem
1. put reception on 3 floors
2. if there is too many people checking in, put on every floor

The Elevator problem is pretty easy, just make several elevator shafts starting at different levels, space them out by 3-4 levels each (New Elevator floor 1, 4, 8, 12, etc.) and have at least 3 shafts running per floor

one quarter of my hotel is elevators and THEY STILL SAY I NEED TO ADD ELEVATORS!
