I beat this unhacked. I have a simple system.
Get at least 25 green giants before you crush the last faction, and put them together, or you won't have the power to launch a successful offensive against the biebelivers that appear.

I love this game. There is no stronger emotion than conquering all the other Prefectures and then the Aliens appear, leaving everyone to say: "What the Hell are those! I'm gonna die!!
