If you've played both Decision 3 and Decision Medieval, do note that there is a saving conflict between the two.
You will have to delete your Decision 3 save to play Decision Medieval for this reason, otherwise you will be stuck at 100% on Lscreen

You get the masters in a specific order, NOT a specific location. The armor games forum has these listed: Old quarter (intro and fairgrounds), Greyed quarter (tower), Working quarter(mine), Central quarter(outskirts)
