Sorry to all that played this yesterday! Perks hack has now been changed to "All perks available to choose from on each level up" So now you don't start with all of them but at least now they will work!

um..... it seems that the perks are not actually unlocked. It says that they are unlocked on the perks page, but their results do not actually exist. Armageddon does not happen,drills don't come out of you, enemies don't take damage over time from acid rain, etc. etc. just thought i should let you know.

Its fixed now, thank you guys for pointing it out. It appears that you have to actually click them during the game for it to save it. But now every single perk is selectable from even the first level up!!
