ahahaha this is awesome after i got the auto-infect upgrade i click 1 virus and put it in a red blood cell after that you can leave it alone and do something else before the level ends BUT do not do it at survival stages it sucicide for me when it i got auto-infect click start and click the germ to go to the red blood cell then i go to my facebook and do some else before the level ends good hack though awesomeness
