Its not that hard in level three if you would spam the repair all turrets while its being attacked and hold a certain malware a trojan a worm or anything and then spam the 123 so your viruses would automatically spawn in the 3 spots if you spam 123.
I also recommend to put in some barriers and spam repair because the barriers will keep them out.
I think the bast you can do is let you win and then buy all the upgades
