You can only upgrade so much because the money cheat is broken, not because there is a limit. Watch the money closely and I'm sure you'll find it wont let you upgrade past a certain number - This is most likely because despite the massive number you see, it's really reading it like it's a 0... Probably a second variable or something that's preventing this cheat from working correctly.

upgrade part of hack sucks, just makes it look like u have tons of upgrade points doesnt actualy do anything

lvl 10 is full for every upgrade except armor that is lvl 12
