how come you can still die with health hack on?

If your solidier is dead with the health hack, you can stil use it... They are zombies XD

If the enemy's damage is high enough to kill you once(like knife), your troops will die but 'respawn' without wpns

HEY GUYS I KNOW HOW TO BEAT THE BOMB DEFUSE MISSION NOW!
You must level up some times a solidier and he'll get the "run" action, so he can walk one more square!
But use the health hack!
