I would advise you to get the carrier instead of the cruiser, or you will miss some awesome strike craft opportunities. You can also use the cloaked ship like a submarine, but it is only good for 3 torpedoes before it has to cloak again.

What if there was this GIGANT mobile factory in your fleet? It could produce temporary units, like small frigates or destroyers. And it can build permanent upgrades for your ships, like heavy firepower and rapid fire.
