If You Get Stuck At The Lift,Try This,Toggle Off The Health And The Ammo Then TA-DA! You Will Get Down!(You Would Not Even Rn/Sprint If Your Health Is On)

If you get the lift glitch, toggle of health and ammo. it worked for me.
