disappointing that i need a prehack just to beat this game, where normally i just play prehacks for fun and still play the normal versions of games anyway.

I am not sure if it just works for me, but you can wallhack with the flame thrower.

If you are stuck on an elevator just disable all of the hacks. It will let you past. After that, re-enable the hacks and blaze away.
