type it in the in-game console
noclip = go through walls
god = invincibilty
you must type it in every level
because its deactivate when you level up

stuck on 28 ( if u need help on lvl 9 put a portal on the top and 1 portal underneath u, u should go really fast just wait until ur soooo fast then put the portal on top on the right of u then u will go up and on the thing thumbs up plz
