Fairly simple. Just build a Battle Centre, then build a ton of Power Plants,then build about 3-4 IP Missle Silos, then load all of them with Lv. 3 IP Missles, and finaly, FIRE AWAY!!!

Update: Planet Destroyer are better, use them. Also, Skrimish Doesn't work

Skirmish does work - Just limit the consumption of resources. You can go up to 500k starting resource and give the enemy hardly any starting resources. So, Teserve1000 is wrong about Skirmish. If you want skirmish to work - Click the hack button and play away.
