how do i use the hacks bec i dont know wat the cache

in Firefox - menu, tools, clear recent history, then uncheck all but cache...In Internet Explorer - tools, internet options, general tab, then delete files.

I can't get the last two location at the very middle top of the map. One is a skull and crossbones, and the other looks like a black person on fire... I have max on everything but enchanting and Magic Repute... I don't know how to increase magic repute. If anyone could help... I would like that.
