Well, not really, no. If that was the case, don't you think a whole bunch of the guys out there posting on the forum would just crap spam us with useless crap? Every game would have a million posts, containing something like this: "IM COOL HAHAHAH!" spam .. However, 90 seconds wait time or how much it is, IS a tad much. But it reduces the odds for people overspamming games with dumb sh*t.
