To sue some one for a FLASH game is at the same time childish and unreasonable. 1) Does Gibbits have a copyright? 2) The only reasonable reason to sue is if you have a PROFITABLE game that you own with a copyright, which is copied. Other wise you'll make yourself look like an idiot.
