once the president is on your side, then completing tasks in the special operations (place under white house)room will eventually unlock alaska and iraq. Also, if you dont know how to oil the president, then during a collection, click and hold your mouse and money will come out. try to give money only to the ppl who are most likely to win.

There's actually a good ending here. You just hope that the world will keep sending oil unfriendly acts and then you're forced to retire. But if you want to destroy the world, not my choice. :)
