Finally, I got the person at the other side. The reason there is a bird is so you can catch it and fetch it to the other side to get the guy, but you need the Legendary Rod :)

Oh, and there is a second ending to it.

Oh and is it normal that they're all swimming with the shark ending?

i beat it with both ending to get shark u kill the 2 sharks with bomb lure to get the reg ending u gotta get a bird
