The black hole comes first. it gathers stars around it and also shoots out mass when it becomes a black hole, so it can create stars within the non leathal vicinity of the black hole.

Then if thats true, the Adromeda has 2 super massive black holes at the center. How we know? From views of the adromeda and how the stars are acting
also the milky way has super speeding orbiting stars near the center so it must be a black hole it must of bin hard to detect because black holes are so dence that light cant even escape.
