To unlock Ferris you must buy a glass angel and click on the heart in the chruch and give the angel to the priest. Then go to the forest and he will be out of the coffin.
To unlock Joseph you need to sleep in until there is only 16 days left, Then you will have a short cut seen. After the cut seen is done go to the castle and he will be there!
