First, you defeat him.
After that, just press "O" when you have selected the normal character to have the red eyed one.
i don't prefer orochi because he is something like 1 hit kill and he has not much skills. example: as kyo i am doing good loking combos but as orochi i launch 2 specials and enemy is K.O and i don't have so much fun of this...
