well i scanned (with Norton AntiVirus 2010) and fixed all the threats but it just wont stop. ill just try anything i can.

Do you all remember the old windows program pics? Not very graphical and no text on them. A lot of viruses have low graphical icons. Either that or a weird color combination.

I suggest, download the free version of Malewarebytes´ Anti-Malware from here and make a scan: http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam.php
This program finds stuff on your comp, that some Antivirus-programs can´t find.
Also, install the free version of Advanced SystemCare, it helps me a lot, too, with the regristration errors and tuning up my PC and the internet-connection. You can find it here: http://www.iobit.com/advancedwindowscareper.html

Let me get this straight:
1. You can't upgrade
2. You can't re-install
3. You can't download
4. You want to save your computer
5. You still whine about it

Either install something to fix it up either stop gaining posts.
No offense but as we speak you deny all suggestions and still complaining.
