~I've run into that many times but I always thought that the game was encrypted or that there was a minor error in downloading it or something like that. Any idea why it occures?

I can only say, you encounter it only in few cases. Why and how it occours is only some staff known. So you can guess what it is, a staff secret. The bug itself is known, the way to get rid of it or bypassing it not

Something tells me this has to do with the Graphics in the game

I tried to read about it but it says it has to do with decompiling it, That gives me no help?

Try changing the .txt's encoding to ANSI (can be done when saving or click "encoding" (in Notepad++)) then recompiling
