i put on infinite health and lifespan, upgraded all of my gear, and left it overnight. somehow, an enemy killed me.

It is because how the hack works is there is a refresh rate which is slightly slower than the damage rate so when you take damage if the amount of damage is greater than your max HP then you will die.
