Yep I have confirmed that having the health hack enabled makes the enemy capital ships impossible to destroy. So if you want to blow up the crusiers and what not you need it turned off.

Oh also the Health toggle seems to affect the capital ships for the enemy. So you need to keep it off to be able to destroy the crusiers and what not.

Only one crusier in survival can be destroyed from what I can see.

Yeah you can destroy them. It just takes a whole lot of bombs. The stations take more and the mother ships take a huge amount to destroy. Its not easy I can tell you that much.
