ok for the last lvl grapple your self then go to the wall and shoot a grapple hook on the ledge and then press up

to beat lvl 4 you can kill just dont be seen that much. go inside then go through the other door when the guard turns around grab your grappling hook.there is a walkway above you. shoot the hook there. wait till the guard passes drop down and go through the other door and grab the keys shoot where you think the head will be if you see him come
